A good tea to drink on its own. However, if it is not to your taste, combine with meadowsweet or peppermint for digestive upsets. Mixes well with lemon balm, both for nervous indigestion and as a relaxing daytime or night time drink.
Directions for Use
1 to 2 teaspoons to one mug of boiling water. Brew for 10 minutes and strain. Drink up to three times daily.
